The Real King Of R&B...
Jacquees plunged social media into an exhausting debate on Monday after he crowned himself the King of R&B.
"I just wanna let everybody know that I'm the king of R&B right now, for this generation,” said the 24-year-old in a video. "I understand who done came and who done did that and that and that, but now it's my turn -- Jacquees -- the king of R&B."
Although Jacquees has labelled himself the Kings, others aren't having it.
Honestly I don't think there is a king of r&b right now. Anyone consistently dominating the charts, selling out arenas, etc, a la Usher at his prime. Not a comment on quality. I think the throne is open right now.

People have named Bobby Brown, Trey Songz, Usher, R. Kelly and Kehlani even named Beyonce the King of R&B. Diddy stepped in and completely dismissed the conversation by defining a king and stating that R&B isn’t even being made anymore. “I usually mind my business, but R&B is the foundation of my life,” he said.

But, let's be honest, there's only one King of R&B. If you know, you know.
