M.I.A. Is Getting Her Own Documentary
M.I.A. is probably best known for her classic stoner anthem 'Paper Planes' which was an absolute banger in 2007 and tbh, still is. The rapper is more than a one-hit wonder - she is getting her own music documentary and its first trailer has been shared. The doco, titled 'MATANGI / MAYA / M.I.A.' will be directed by M.I.A.’s former college friend Steve Loveridge and will be scored by Paul Hicks and George Harrison’s son, Dhani Harrison.
The film will span M.I.A's entire life from Sri Lanka till now, using personal video recordings from.
