Rapper Lil Xan has definitely moved on from his short-lived relationship with Miley Cyrus' little sister Noah (even after all those memes of him smelling her face at the VMAs). The 22-year-old rapper has just announced that he and current girlfriend Annie will be expecting a baby this year.
The news comes just five months after he and Noah Cyrus split up following a tirade of cheating accusations.
