Lil Wayne & Nicki Minaj Went Platinum On The Same Day

Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj‘s most recent studio albums - 'Tha Carter V' and 'Queen' actually earned their platinum plaques on the same day. Lil Wayne's 12th studio album 'Tha Carter V' dropped on September 28th, 2018 and Nicki's 'Queen' LP debuted on August 10th, 2018. Both under Young Money Records, the two albums went platinum on January 11th of this year. 

Both Lil Wayne and Nicki are longtime friends and collaborators and appeared on each other's albums. Revist both the projects below!
