Giannis & LeBron Out, NBA Heavyweights Injured
MVP front-runner Giannis Antetokounmpo (Milwaukee Bucks) and LeBron James (LA Lakers) both missed Tuesday night's match due to injuries, meaning both the All-Star team captains and heavyweights of the NBA were absent from court.
Antetokounmpo was ruled out with a sprained right ankle and James sat out with the same groin injury that has been giving him grief this season.
With 12 games to play, the Lakers trail the LA Clippers by 9.5 games for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference.
