The Nike Zoom Kobe 4 Protro Draft Day is a new iteration of Kobe Bryant’s fourth signature sneaker and it’s releasing next week to celebrate the 2019 NBA All-Star Weekend in Charlotte. The Swoosh has also confirmed that this colourway of the model is a tribute to when Kobe Bryant was drafted by the Charlotte Hornets with the number 13 pick in the 1996 NBA Draft, but was later traded to the Los Angeles Lakers. The model is covered in white for its upper with blue and purple accents to represent the colors of the Charlotte Hornets, followed by the date of the 1996 NBA Draft embroidered on the heel tabs.
